Our prices are for four persons and from four overnight stays. We charge 15,- € for each additional person, but the third child of the family and further children of the family are free of any charges. If the apartment is booked by two persons only who – besides that – need one sleeping-room only, a discount is granted.

However, in case of three overnight stays we charge a short-holiday surcharge of 20 %, in case of two overnight stays we charge 40 %.

In the mainseason, we do not accept arriving and departing on sunday.

Booking by phone or mail must be confirmed in written form.We also ask for a deposit of 50€/ flat.

You can book every apartment with breakfast including in special terms out of the mainseason.



Our prices are final prices:

The overnight price includes current, water, heating and the final cleaning.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels and table linen are put at your disposal free of any charges.

The same applies to any kind of washing-up liquids.
